NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court connected Wednesday cancelled the bail granted to gangster Chhota Rajan by Bombay precocious tribunal successful the execution of hotelier Jaya Shetty successful 2001.Rajan was sentenced to beingness successful the Shetty murder case successful May 2024. The apex court, led by Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta, allowed the CBI's entreaty against precocious tribunal order.
SC said Rajan's lawsuit was not acceptable for suspension of sentence.
