JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has listed a habeas corpus petition filed by detained AAP MLA Mehraj Malik for last information connected Dec 18.Malik, who is AAP’s J&K portion president, was detained nether the stringent Public Safety Act (PSA) connected Sept 8 for allegedly disturbing nationalist bid and was lodged successful Kathua jail.
