Caught on cam: Woman robbed, fingers severed with machete in Bengaluru; 2 arrested

BENGALURU: Two individuals person been arrested for robbing a pistillate and severing her 2 fingers with a machete successful Bengaluru. CCTV footage of the incident, which took spot successful September, has emerged, revealing the disturbing series of events.

According to police, 2 women, Usha and Varalakshmi, were returning location aft attending a Ganesh festival orchestra connected September 13. The accused, identified arsenic Praveen and Yogananda, approached them connected a motorcycle and attempted to snatch their golden chains.Feeling frightened, Usha handed implicit her golden chain, but erstwhile Varalakshmi resisted, Yogananda attacked her with a machete, severing 2 of her fingers.The accused past fled the country instantly with 55 grams of golden jewellery.
