'Attempted to flee': Coast guard intercepts Pakistani fishing vessel in Arabian Sea - Watch

NEW DELHI: An Indian Coast Guard (ICG) vessel connected patrol successful the Arabian Sea intercepted a Pakistani sportfishing vessel, Al-Madina, recovered wrong Indian waters adjacent the International Maritime Boundary Line.

There were 9 unit members aboard the vessel.When challenged, the vessel attempted to fly towards Pakistan, but the ICG vessel successfully intercepted and boarded it."In a swift and precise nighttime operation, an India Coast Guard vessel whilst connected patrol successful Arabian oversea sighted a Pakistani Fishing Boat wrong Indian waters adjacent the International Maritime Boundary Line connected Jan 14, 2026. On being challenged, the vessel attempted to fly towards Pakistan side, however, the ICG Ship intercepted and boarded the vessel successful Indian waters.
