NEW DELHI: An investigation of affidavits of 229 retired of 233 Rajya Sabha MPs shows that 73 (32%) MPs person declared transgression cases against themselves and 31 (14%) are billionaires.As galore arsenic 36 (16%) MPs person declared superior transgression cases.
